    Production and final design adjustments usually take 1–2 business days. Delivery then normally takes 3–4 business days, so your card may take up to one week to arrive.

How does the NFC chip work?
<p>Hold an NFC-enabled smartphone near the card. The digital pet profile opens directly in the browser and shows exactly the information currently approved by the owner.</p>
Do I need an app?
<p>No. The digital profile opens directly in the smartphone's browser.</p>
Which information is always visible in the digital profile?
<p>Visibility level 1 forms the basis of the profile. It displays the pet's name, species, breed, gender, and special traits. Personal contact information is not part of these basic details.</p>
How do the visibility levels work?
<p><strong>Level 2</strong> can additionally display the profile photo, date of birth, weight, coat color, city and – if entered – place of birth and neuter status.</p><p><strong>Level 3</strong> adds allergies and important notes. The owner decides which level is visible through the NFC link.</p>
Which details remain visible only to the owner?
<p>The chip number, insurance number, and owner's name are never published through the visibility levels. These protected details are visible only to the signed-in owner.</p>
Can I change my information later?
<p>You can update the details and visibility level of the digital profile later; the NFC link on the card remains the same. Content already printed on the card cannot be changed after production.</p>
Which smartphones support NFC?
<p>Most current smartphones support NFC. The exact tap position may vary depending on the device.</p>
How premium and durable is the card?
<p>Your card is produced in the durable CR80 format (85.6 × 53.98 mm, 0.76 mm) with double-sided 600 dpi retransfer printing. The image extends beyond the card edge and delivers brilliant colors, fine details, and crisp lettering. A clear retransfer film protects the printed surface from everyday scratches and abrasion. Like any printed card, it should still be protected from heavy mechanical stress, high heat, and aggressive cleaning products.</p>
How long does delivery take?
<p>Production and final design adjustments usually take 1–2 business days. Delivery then normally takes 3–4 business days. In total, it may take up to one week for your card to arrive.</p>
